- Responsible for all activities of the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM), GMP, 5R/5S
- Responsible for achieving production plan as per planning targets
- Ensure using Raw and Packaging Material as per standard and maintain stock in accordance to the Shop Order (SO)
- Drive a continuous improvement on culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of production process and work
- Manage all workers assigned for the production
- Produce requested and related reports
- Ensure having align with Engineering team to get the proper result by daily

Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- have experience handle team or lead line production
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ready to work on shift
